A husband, father, pastor, jokester and lover of the local church in all of its broken beauty. After spending many years working with students, Ryan and Angela took the plunge into the church-planting world. While finishing a Masters Degree in Historical Theology, the Ashley’s hunkered down in Arvada to start Restoration in 2011. Along the road, Ryan has continued to love all kinds of sports, laughing with anyone and everyone, and dreaming big dreams with other apprentices to Jesus. Ryan is currently the Chairman of the Metro Denver Church Planting Team for the Evangelical Covenant Church as well as a Chaplain for the Arvada Police Department.
Dan wants to grow up to be a follower of Jesus and he wants to encourage, excite and invite you on that journey with him. Experimenting with ways of practicing the teachings of Jesus has led Dan into a wide variety of situations, everything from living with squatters in Mexico City to pastoring dairy farmers in rural Wisconsin. He enjoys solitude, generosity, playing, creativity and simplicity, especially when employed in a community aimed at the kingdom of God. Dan and his wife Kelly are people of hospitality and friendship. Even though Dan has a tendency to be in the wrong place at the right time, his coming to Restoration is right both in place and time for him and us. Dan leads most of our “labs,” which speak to his title of coming alongside people to practice their faith.

With three young kids and a husband of 10 years, she has her hands full. When she is not playing with them, you can find her experimenting with delicious food in the kitchen or geeking out on a Netflix documentary.
Katie believes she and her husband, Cameron, were led by God; first to Arvada, then to the local coffee shop to be loved on by Restoration Covenant members, then to Restoration where they would be poured into and grow in Christ. All of this was part of God’s eventual plan to place her in children’s ministry and use her gifts for loving on children. Katie loves our children and also has a heart for building a fun, prayerful, collaborative relationship with volunteers and with parents. When Katie is not enjoying kids’ activities she loves to spend time singing, hiking with new friends (or camping, cliff diving, climbing or road-tripping), and hanging out in local coffee shops and breweries with her husband.
